  1. I did all that for 3 months and no weight loss. Clothes fit the same. Slightly more muscle tone. My doctor also did follow up blood tests and said nothing has changed as far as my iron/ferritin, protein, vitamin d and b 12. She thinks I have an absorption deficiency (I can’t remember the name) like my mom does and I now have to take sublingual vitamins.
