  7. I do totaly agree Muscle is the direction to go with . Takes years off , fewer birthdays show up . Muscle at 60’s carries beautifully into 70’s & 80’s . Anything fewer of or any of their drugs and sitting in the dr office . At 62 i have only vitamins minerals aminos . All my own teeth .
