  13. you mentioned Polar for HRV but the link goes to their HR chest strap which does not do HRV. They have a watch like product called Recharge. Is this what you are referring to? I’m not confident my Oura is accurate.

  19. As for not being employable, it really makes no sense to me. This is a vital healthy intelligent woman with life experience. On the other hand, the government wants you working until at least 67 and many ( due to the increased cost of living) need to work beyond that. Youth is a great blessing but so is maturity. ❤❤
