  1. Thank you JJ ❤

  2. Thank you 😊 you look great and thank you for sharing your important information to help people like me .
I’ve been adding more compound exercises. I started off with weight of 200 lbs been working out for about 15 days watching what I eat and have gain a pound .
But I am not going to get depressed and give up again, that my goal is not ro give up on myself again, just because the scale seems to defeat me in the beginning.

  3. 💚

  4. You explain very well thank you❤️

  5. Can you address where your elbows should be when lowering into a push up? Is it just a variation to keep your arms close to your body as opposed to perpendicular? Thanks

  6. I went to protein first, when I clicked on “calculate your protein” a separate box came up that said step 1, and that’s it. No directions, no ability to type anything, it just seems to have froze.

    • 👋🏼 that happened to too and I had to switch search engine (I went from Duck Duck Go to Safari) hope this helps😉🤙🏼

  7. Very, very helpful. Thank you!

  8. What weight medicine ball do u recommend?

  9. How long to you do the breathing exercises for?

  10. What brand of Leucine should be used and dose? Thank you for all your info @jjvirgin!💜

  11. I’m 57, 178.8, large frame and need to lose 20-25 pounds. I walk daily, play tennis 3-4 times a week, lift weights a couple times a week. Struggling to lose the weight. So many “experts” say to keep the protein low, fat up, carbs down. I’m so confused! I also love intermittent fasting – I tend to go 16-18 hours between meals. Getting lots of protein is tough when IFing. I will check out the protein calculator and may try some adjustments as I’m not losing weight eating “keto”.

    • @karigraham8168–It sounds like you’re doing a lot of things right! But I’ve found that, at least for me, the only thing that really moves the needle is strength training with hand weights (not machines). It reshapes your body in a beautiful way, and helps you put on muscle, which burns calories even while you’re sleeping. The best part is that it’s not exhausting like cardio and you only have to do it three times a week. Your mileage may vary, but it’s really been a game changer for me. (Btw, I’m 63, so it works even after menopause.)

    • @@bobbarbarabrostrom3650 thanks for your response. I’m getting back into weight training- did 3 days last week. I’m leaving IFing for a while and focusing on protein and low carbs. Will see how goes. Thanks again.

  12. Many get more cravings as they age and transition through menopause too

  13. In my twenties I could and did shed 10 pounds just before going on holiday. Now, it takes me two weeks!! to shed one measly little tiny pound. It is disheartening, especially as I eat clean, jog three times a week, walk every day for at least n hour and do weights, not that heavy beause I got noddle arms, but still I do that for 15 min every other day.
Watching your videos keep me motivated to keep going and you provide us all with so much valuable information. I appreciate being taught by a woman my age who knows and experiences what we go through. Thanks, JJ, you are such a star xx

    • I find the more slowly my weight comes off, the longer it stays off. So take heart if that “measly pound” is gone for good.

    • @@littlemom2070 Aww, thanks for the encouragement, that was really nice from you that you took the time to do that. Have a lovely weekend.

  14. Best explanation of over 40 issues for women and what to do❤

  15. All true, however women in menopause struggle even more unless youre on HRT…ARE YOU?

    • What do you mean? She is too young for that… I think around 40, 45 perhaps. Meno starts much later.. xx..

    • @@Stella.J.000she is 60

    • @@patriciashake1458 Is she really? Are you serious? Didn’t even occur to me… this was only my 2nd video of her so I am not familiar but seeing her strength and body, not to mention the gorgeous hair, I thought much MUCH younger. She is vibrant!! xx..

    • I’m on HRT and while it has helped it hasn’t been a magic pill. I am tall and have never had to watch my weight until “the change”. 😢

  16. Nothing is working
