  7. This is mostly great info… I just challenge the protein song JJ keeps singing… all plants have protein. I am not a vegan however I just don’t feel like anyone should load up on meat protein unless they already have a high intensity workout regime happening such as jogging, long walks or aerobics. I agree with the working out with weights advice because that’s crucial whether you’re trying to lose weight or not. And yes more movement is critical. My feel is that JJ feels her audience is intermediate when most are actually beginners. And lastly I wish she spoke more about the vitamins and minerals that are utmost importance, far more important than macros and macro-tracking. Effective weight loss requires appropriate vitamins and minerals, think sea-moss and omega 3s. Dr. Brook Goldner is also a good health advisor, more practical, to me…

  11. I’m 135 lb how much water should I drink in a day? I am also a bus driver I sit two and a half hours in the morning and three and a half hours in the afternoon

  13. JJ I am 61 years old and need to lose 20 more pounds per my physician. I previously started taking creatine for 2 weeks and noticed my weight lose stopped. So I stopped using it. Should i start back with it and how long will it take before my scale starts to move again in showing weight loss as I do resistance training and HIIT cycling.
