I struggle with my weight but one thing, I get plenty of sleep 6-10 hours per night.
I miss exercise I have bulging discs on lower back causing sciatica pain I pray this gets better sooner than later. 🙏 keeps me from sleeping
The older I get, sleep is nonnegotiable.

Meditation is not done seasonal but like physical exercise- you do it everyday . It will make a big difference when done daily and not only when u need it. Just like physical exercise you won’t loose a pound if you do it only once or twice a year .
Personaly I meditate daily through quiet prayers- read scriptures and that’s when I get reassurance that I will be ok.

I love hearing you talk about meditation here! I’ve done it on and off since I was around 18 years old…but it’s certainly been put on the back burner in recent years. I’ve been thinking I need get back into it AND recently my partner expressed that he thought I’d benefit from doing meditation. Hearing you say this is another reminder for what I know I need to do.
