  11. I always want dessert after dinner. I also eat OMAD daily and eat a healthy fiber filled, colorful meal before I endulge in a few cookies etc. I realize sugar is just horrible for us but I used to be on keto and really found it hard, while my family was still on the SAD diet. although I lost all the weight I needed to, it was a real struggle. Fasting has been so freeing for me. I also have lemon juice, AVC, ginger tea, berberine, Ceylon cinnamon, and chromium daily! I have at least 3 hours after eating before bedtime and I jump on my elliptical after supper at least 30 min. This has kept the weight off and I haven’t gained a single pound back! Been doing this for several months now.
