  12. I had horrible dizziness on Day 4 with that creatine loading dose. Had to stop for weeks for it to go away. ☹️ Now, I’m afraid to restart.

    • I developed a headache then at the 1 week mark lost muscle and gained fat. Tried reducing the dose for the 2nd week the headache returned. This supplement is not for me. I know everyone is crowing about it but everything isn’t for everybody.

    • Yes! It depends on what your needs are, but they can be used pre menopause. They will all be beneficial but creatine & enzymes will likely be most helpful pre-menopause. Cheers – Team JJ

  19. There are several studies out there, concluding no effect whatsoever from the use of creatin in postmenopausal women with respect to the increase in muscle mass and/or bone density.

  20. Is there a recommended brand of Annatto?
