  1. Thank you, JJ.
Who was the little cutie making a cameo appearance?

  2. Wow, JJ! You are in great shape!

  3. I love this thank you ❤

  4. Thank you!!!! I just got rid of the big exercise ball because I don’t have room to store it. I do still have a medicine ball, so I will do what I can.

  5. Is this ok for diastasis recti?

    • Following. This applies to me too (last baby was 7 years ago and still have an opening😢)

  6. How do you get your arms to look like that? I’m 67 y/o, 5′ 8″, 155 lbs. I have been doing all the exercises you show for almost a year. I work hard, eat healthy, try to get enough protein and I work out 5 days a week with weights and 150 minutes of zone 2 cardio, alternating rowing and stationary bike. I don’t think it’s possible. Very discouraging.

    • She has very little fat on her body. So her muscles show up clearly. Part of this is genetics. Sugar and high glycemic foods should be cut out and lift heavy.

    • Use as heavy weight as possible all while using good form even if you can only do 8 reps x3. Back off cardio believe it or not.

    • I wonder if she’s on hormone replacement therapy? I know losing estrogen makes it harder.

  7. This helps so much

  8. Hi JJ, I love, love, love your channel. Your recent interview with Mark Hyman was superb!
I’m a GF instructor and teach yoga as well. A few years ago, I read/saw where Russian Twists are not good for the spine and I am trying so hard to remember where I learned this because I’d really love your insight/thoughts on it. I stopped doing them in my classes (even w/o weights) because I’m super sensitive about doing things safely. My class age-range is broad so I have to be mindful of the various levels of participants. Once in a blue moon I will do “boat” in yoga, though I’ve really shied away from it since seeing the info. However, since you (my gold standard and my virtual mentor) incorporate them into your workout, I’m rethinking using them. Before I do, I’d love to have your feedback.
    Thank you so much!
You are looking better than ever and the information you teach is top – level 🙂

  10. I don’t have a weighted ball but do have lots of dumbells. I will try these exercises with those. Thanks for the info.
