Another great video!
(Just curious as to why you think Keto specifically is hard to maintain? To each their own of course! Just looking for your insight. There’s a difference between clean and dirty Keto. You might have just not wanted us to assume by mentioning low carb you were promoting Keto.)
Thank you! Some women do really well on keto, and there is no one size that fits all! Manu (but not all of course) women jump headfirst into let and find it hard to sustain, hence gaining the weight back quickly and getting more discouraged. Thanks for the question and the support on this channel! It’s so encouraging!
@Heather Hirsch MD, MS, NCMP Thanks for writing back! Appreciate your feedback too!
God, I wish I lived in your area and could make an apt with you!! You’re very pleasant and easy to watch and understand so thank you very much for taking the time to give us your knowledge 🙏🏼😊
Thank you for your kind words. It’s excellent to get this kind of feedback! Send any suggestions for topics and thanks for the note on my channel!
Heather Hirsch MD, MS, NCMP I want to know if there is a way to control my hot flashes through diet or any other way—frequency of them mainly. Are they always the same intensity for myself or can they vary in intensity? What causes them to flare up when they do? Worse in evening and night? I was prescribed Clonidine Hydrochloride 0.025 mg for them but I didn’t like the side effects of dizziness and dry mouth within the first 3 days of using so I stopped. I basically want to know all your knowledge and tips/guidance of hot flashes in the stage where I’ve only missed 2 months of my period. Thank you kindly! 😇
Where does the fiber come into play?
Great question. Aim to get some from veggies and possibly cereals/ bars. Chia seeds are also a great source if you like smoothies.
