Here is how I get sculpted arms without spending hours in the gym, supersets are the way to go. They keep your muscles under tension longer, burn more calories, and build strength—without the bulk.

Here’s one of my favorite upper body supersets to tone and define:

Superset 1: Shoulder Press → Upright Row
Superset 2: Tricep Dip → Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
Superset 3: TRX Chest Press → TRX Row

Pairing pushing and pulling moves like this keeps your muscles engaged while giving you a full upper-body burn. Aim for 3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises to really feel the difference.
