Here’s one of my favorite upper body supersets to tone and define:
Superset 1: Shoulder Press → Upright Row
Superset 2: Tricep Dip → Dumbbell Bent-Over Row
Superset 3: TRX Chest Press → TRX Row
Pairing pushing and pulling moves like this keeps your muscles engaged while giving you a full upper-body burn. Aim for 3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises to really feel the difference.
