I don’t wake up every day excited to work out.
Some days, I’m ready to hit the gym hard.
Other days? I don’t even want to get out of bed. But here’s the thing… I do it anyway.
Because discipline beats motivation every time. I don’t rely on feeling like working out—I’ve built it into my life as a non-negotiable habit. Structure creates freedom. I know that once I start moving, I’ll get into it. And I also know that if I want to stay strong, energized, and thriving well beyond 40, movement is key.
