Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat
Protein is the menopause nutrient, according to @billcampbellphd. Yet, just like the fear of cortisol from cardio, there’s a lot of unnecessary fear around protein. But here’s the truth—protein is essential for counteracting the negative effects of menopause on metabolism, muscle, and overall body composition.

In my latest podcast episode, I sit down with Dr. Bill Campbell, one of the leading researchers on menopause, metabolism, and physique enhancement. His groundbreaking work is bridging the gap between exercise science and hormonal health, and he’s here to break down exactly what midlife women need to know about protein, resistance training, and fat loss.

If you’ve ever wondered:
✔️ How much protein is actually enough during menopause
✔️ Whether fasted workouts are helping or hurting your progress
✔️ The best resistance training strategies to maintain muscle and boost metabolism
✔️ How high-intensity exercise impacts visceral fat and metabolic health
✔️ The overlooked connection between estrogen, muscle function, and insulin sensitivity

Then this episode is a must-listen.

  1. I just wish I was hungrier and could eat a steak

    • Eat half for lunch have the rest for dinner broccoli 🥦 is high in protein 😋

  2. My problem is that I am eating too much protein. Estrogen fluctuations have caused leptin and ghrelin disregulation, and I am so hungry. I do take enzymes, but I feel very constipated.
