Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat
Daily habits dictate hormones, energy levels, and overall health.

One of the simplest but most powerful habits I’ve built into my routine is my morning hydration ritual—a powerhouse drink I take with me to the gym or keep at my desk if I’m working from home.

Here’s what’s in it and why each ingredient matters:
🌿Green tea – Packed with antioxidants and a natural source of caffeine, green tea supports brain function, metabolism, and longevity. I aim for 32 ounces a day because the benefits are that good.
💪🏼 Creatine – Creatine helps preserve muscle, boost brain function, and improve recovery—especially important for women over 40.
💦 Electrolytes – Water alone isn’t always enough to truly hydrate you. Electrolytes help balance fluids, support muscle contractions, and keep energy levels stable.
👍🏼 Essential amino acids (EAAs) – These are critical for muscle repair, recovery, and protein synthesis. If you want to maintain lean muscle as you age, EAAs should be part of your routine.

I’ve found that when I front-load my hydration like this, I’m more consistent throughout the day. If I don’t prep this drink ahead of time, I end up drinking way less green tea—so keeping it ready to go is key.

Small daily habits = big long-term results.

What’s one health habit you swear by?
