sorry you couldn’t find my website. It seems to be working ok. kellykeelan.com
This is me! I’ve been super strict keto for 2 months, no weightloss! I am a seasoned keto’er…who got off track for a year and now back on, but this time around is horrible.
This is totally me too!! AYE AYE AYE!! It’s a struggle 🙁 !!
Me too. I did IF two years ago with keto..dropped 28lbs in 4 months.. Felt amazing. Menopause hit big time, hot flashes, thyroid all over the place, fast weight gain, insomnia, high blood pressure, my hip arthritis kicked off more that I struggled walking. Now, cannot shift 1lb.
My nutritionist told me to cut off gluten and dairy and it worked for me.
Same!’
My weight loss stalled after 2 weeks so I will now try carb cycling
How is the carb cycling going? What had you been doing when you had a 2 week stall?
This is me! Lost 50 lbs on keto 3 yrs ago. It just dropped off. 6 months ago, I started perimenopause, and now, despite not having changed anything, I have gained almost 10 lbs in 4 lbs. So frustrating.
Totally frustrating! I assume you’re still doing keto? Do you include dairy or nuts in your diet?
Kelly Keelan not much dairy other than cream in my coffee, but I do eat Walnuts every day.
@Alc73 Eliminating dairy and nuts are the first areas that you want to look at when experiencing a stall. I would need to look more closely at your diet before I could give you more pointers. Also, have you had your hormones tested? Thyroid?
Kelly Keelan I have Hashimotos, which has remained stable since I started Keto. I last had my levels tested in early March, and they were excellent.
@Alc73 That is great news about your thyroid. Let me know if you have further questions for me.

when first point explained
1.Variation in food,, food, adding protein, fast less or more..rutine, calories, micro.
2. Deal with a reasons that get you overeat. Binging and overeating , emotions. Find a reason why you are overweight
3. Metabolism. Hormones..do labs, check blood sugar. Understand your glucose level and check it.
Thanks!
This is great, what are your credentials/background? Are you a licensed dietician? Thanks much!
So ya I’m on keto and walking 20 minutes a day. I just got back on my rocky mountain hormones and it kicked my menstruation back on last week, grrrrr. I guess I need to learn what the heck macros are, because idk what they are. Im new to your chanel hopefully ill learn something here? Btw, im one of those needs to fast longer, so im on 18 hours and plan on doing a 2-3 day fast. We’ll see. Btw, I dont over eat, its crazy? But it maybe my sugar addiction, I was eating sugar free stuff but stopped that too. IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOVE, GETTING MY BLOOD TESTED WHEN I GET HOME. I ALREADY KNOW MY thyroids R GOOD THOIGH.
You’re not really saying anything. Oh, fast more. Fast less. Eat more fat. Eat more protein. You pretty much have all your bases covered, but you aren’t zeroing in on anything. What a waste of my time.
Yes. It seems advice is just don’t eat, eat, don’t eat, mix up eating, it may be your thyroid???
