Everyone talks about not eating only 1200 calories a day, however I am only 5 feet tall and weigh 113pounds. I want to drop a couple of pounds and get leaner .So my calorie intake shouldn’t be more than1100 to 1200 for a slight deficit.Do you agree?. I do try and eat 120 grams of protein day. and I am strength training atleast 4 days a week with at least 10,000 steps a day. My scale hasn’t budged. I do see some muscle in my arms and legs. Should I stick to the calories i”m eating or bump down a bt
