I plan to work out every single day. Not because I’m perfect, but because life isn’t. Things are going to blow up now and then, and if I don’t plan for daily movement, it’s way too easy to let it slide.

Most weeks, I’m getting in at least six solid workouts. Resistance training, HIIT, or both. That’s my non-negotiable. 💪

Then I head home, get ready for the day, and I’m usually listening to a podcast while I do it. I love packing in a little more learning while I put on makeup or make lunch. (Health nerd through and through!)

It’s nothing fancy. Just simple habits that keep me grounded, strong, and sharp.
