  4. Great info! I’ve followed clean eating where you eat 5 – 6 meals a day & keto with intermittent fasting, it sure is different after…..60!!!

    • Interesting! I typically advocate for fewer meals a day to reduce the insulin response but my guess is you are doing so already with the keto + IF, it’s a great combo for fat loss!

  7. Love your channel, so many of my clients struggle with this and it’s only the ones who maintain the correct mindset and want it bad enough will actually lose that weight and make the lifestyle change!

    • 100% It really starts with mindset and I think we aren’t talking enough about it! I like saying that weight loss tactics without the character to execute on those tactics on a consistent basis is a weak strategy.
