Instead, start tracking metrics that actually matter:
✅ How many push-ups can you do now vs. last month?
✅ Is your grip strength improving?
✅ Is your waist circumference shrinking?
✅ Is your total body water (a sign of better hydration + muscle) increasing?
These are the indicators that show your body is becoming stronger, more capable, and more resilient—not whether you dropped half a pound yesterday.
