  1. Sleep is a big one. I figured out that I won’t eat right, get enough activity or have a decent attitude without it. Sleep quality also matters. See a doctor and get a sleep study along with some sort of treatment if necessary. A lot will change once you start getting enough quality sleep.

  14. want to lose weight without hassle…take out from your diet all products with yeast like bread, picas and other pastries plus take out sugar as well, don’t eat pies, chocolate, sweets, cookies and other stuff, replace with agave syrup and honey…I went from 95kg to 80kg like that without exercising at all…

    • Kim Mobey agree. I can’t eat dinner that late because it gives me heartburn. I usually eat my last meal about 3-4 pm. I’m not saying he is wrong by any means because I’m sure my situation is the exception and not the rule. Even if I were to eat chicken breast and broccoli at 7pm I’d wake up at some point in the night with heartburn.

  19. I work both nights and days. 2 weeks nights, 2 weeks days, and the cycle continues. 12 hour shifts. My sleeping habits are trashed.

I have the vitality I need without having controlling my desire for foods without having making me feel jittery. I did nothing special on my diet regime and I still are able to reduced my unwanted weight to 7 pounds. .
