The definition of menopause: the time when there has been no menstrual periods for 12 consecutive months and no other biological or physiological cause can be identified.

I’m not gonna lie – you older, wiser ladies had me scared. But I’m here to claim victory of my health and wellness and ease traveling through these changes of life.

In today’s video, I share my story from beginning to research all about my hormones to today – where I’m counting on my keto and fasting lifestyle to carry me through these years of significant hormonal changes.

  2. Your so sweet Christine!! Thanks for the motivation!! I’m doing strenghting in my neck lol I do not want a double chin when I get 70. Also I have lost somemore weight and happy about that.

  3. I hit a wall after 6 months on keto in 2017. I stuck with it until 2018…then June 2018 fell off the keto wagon and the last year and a half have had crazy mood swings and weight fluctuation and since last November irregular cycles…I wish I had stayed on keto…iM trying to get back…I wish I had known what I know now about the peri menopause symptoms. Looking back I realize everything I’ve been struggling with is likely peri menopause and I am sure, had I stayed strict keto it would have helped me avoid this past year of crazy menopause symptoms.
