Start with one thing and master it.
First, get clear on where you are. A body composition test can show the full picture beyond the scale. Then choose your focus. Maybe it’s daily movement because you’ve been sitting too much. Maybe it’s hitting your protein target. Maybe it’s finally prioritizing sleep.
When I committed to meditation, it took me six months to make it a habit. During that time, I didn’t try to change anything else. And that’s the key, when you try to fix everything at once, you often end up changing nothing.
Start simple. Commit fully. Nail it. Then move on to the next thing. That’s how lasting transformation happens. 💪
