I have so many questions..Should this work for everyone? I do one meal a day and cant seem to lose anything…. ive done carnivore eating twice a day and lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I just rather not eat twice a day…. maybe i needa eat once a day on the carnivore…ugh this is so frustrating. Im 40 BTW. someone please help me understand this
Maybe you’re not eating enough calories? Women need to be careful with fasting depending on their cycle. Dr. Mindy Pelz has a ton of info on this.
