  2. I have so many questions..Should this work for everyone? I do one meal a day and cant seem to lose anything…. ive done carnivore eating twice a day and lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I just rather not eat twice a day…. maybe i needa eat once a day on the carnivore…ugh this is so frustrating. Im 40 BTW. someone please help me understand this

    • Maybe you’re not eating enough calories? Women need to be careful with fasting depending on their cycle. Dr. Mindy Pelz has a ton of info on this.
