Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat
It’s time to normalize taking creatine to manage menopause symptoms 👏

Think of supplementing with creatine as having a backup generator for your muscles to work longer and better. ⚡

Here's why ↓

Energy levels can decline as you age, making workouts and other physical activities challenging. Creatine can support your body's ATP production to create steady, sustained all-day energy.

When you're doing intense exercise (like lifting heavy weights), your muscles demand higher amounts of ATP, and creatine accelerates its production.

With this extra energy, you can do more repetitions with weight or go harder (such as with high-intensity interval training or HIIT).

Creatine can also help support muscle mass, blood sugar balance, bone mineral density, brain health, and overall well-being as you age.

Have you incorporated creatine into your daily supplement routine?

  1. Hello, hope you don’t mind my stupidity, but in the description, you mention ATP, I’m not sure what that is. Also, should you only take creatine if you are working out ? I am starting to work out, some lighter weight lifting as I’m only a beginner, and some wall plates. Kindest regards, Joanne 🐺 🕷

    • Hi Joanne—great questions, and absolutely no need to apologize! ATP (adenosine triphosphate) is your body’s main energy source—it fuels every cell, especially during movement. Creatine helps your body produce more ATP, which is why it supports strength, energy, and recovery.

Even if you’re just starting to work out, taking creatine daily is a smart move. The most important thing is simply taking it consistently each day to maintain steady levels in your system. Creatine works best when your muscles stay saturated over time, so daily use helps you maintain the benefits.

While creatine is often tied to workouts, creatine HCl also supports brain health, energy metabolism, healthy aging, and more. You can check out all the benefits here: http://jjvirgin.com/smartcreatine
