If you’re short on time but want a fast, effective arm workout, supersets are your secret weapon.

Here’s one of my favorites:
✅ Push: Start with a dip to target your triceps. You can scale it:
– Feet on the ground = easier
– Feet elevated or weight on your lap = harder
– The more vertical your body, the more challenging it becomes

✅ Pull: Follow it with a bent-over row for your biceps and back.
Keep your knees slightly bent, core tight (belly button pulled to spine), and focus on pulling your elbows past your ribs. That form keeps it safe and effective and yes, your core gets a bonus workout too.

Hi wonderful I am66yrs was 174lbs now after 2yrs I am down to 134lbs.i did it walking.but I need to tone my upper body.while searching for on YouTube I have now come across yours,I am admiring your body and will be doing your simple exercise this is what I was looking for so are so gentle straight to the point.i love it from Trindad and Tobago.Thank u❤❤❤💯👍

    • I can’t do those type of dips but able to do the dip machine at the gym.
