Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat
We’re on the brink of realizing the real danger behind seed oils and artificial sweeteners. Right now, people argue whether they’re “fine” because weight loss can still happen with them, but this isn’t just about weight – it’s about your long-term health.

The bigger issue is how these substances affect your gut microbiome and overall health over time. The toxic soup of artificial sweeteners, seed oils, plastics, and other toxins combined add up over decades. This could be impacting your health in ways we can’t even see yet.

The problem is, we can't study these things in isolation. The issue isn't just one single toxin, it's the combinational toxicology that we’re dealing with over time – but who’s going to fund studies on that? It’s hard to pinpoint a single cause, like we did with cigarettes, when there’s a trifecta of doom: ultra-processed food, artificial sweeteners, and damaged seed oils. Combine that with stress, EMFs, poor lighting, and you’ve got a recipe for metabolic issues, insulin resistance, and even obesity. 🍔

The scariest part? We may never be able to connect the dots because it's not just one thing causing the problem. It’s all these factors interacting in our bodies. And when we bring it up, it sounds crazy, but if you step back and think about it – it makes a lot of sense, doesn’t it?

  2. Exposures are over taxing our bodies. Microplastics is a concern along with the seed oils and artificial everything. A perfect storm. Docs have job security…

  3. I think you provide a lot of good and important information but as I’ve been watching you for quite some time I can never get past the fact that you had huge breast implants and I just scratched my head and wonder why? Why would a fit intelligent woman want large breasts? I am an impoverished woman who can only wish that I could have breast reduction surgery done years ago. I just don’t get it
