The best to cook with is organic extra virgin unrefined cold pressed non GMO coconut oil. The best supplement is liquid fish oil from well educated natural health food store.
For butter- I don’t cook with butter at all. I use it as a spread. Goat butter or ghee. But often I use coconut oil too. Great.
