If you’re stressed, your body is in fight-or-flight, not rest-and-digest. That means more bloating, poorer digestion, and less absorption of the nutrients you’re trying to get from your food.
Before I eat, I calm my nervous system first with breathwork, @pulsetto.tech , or both. Then I follow a simple sequence:
Take digestive enzymes with the first bite
Eat protein first
Follow with plants for fiber and polyphenols
Take a quick walk or do air squats after eating
That one shift can completely change how your body responds to food.
