And that cooking real food, going for a walk, lifting weights, prioritizing sleep, or taking care of your health is “extreme.”
The truth is that what’s called “normal” today is often the very thing making people tired, inflamed, and metabolically unhealthy.
Choosing movement, strength, real food, and recovery isn’t extreme.
It’s what the human body was built for.

It’s not extreme. It’s convenience. You’re obviously wealthy and access to those things is easier if you have money. Oh why doesn’t everyone just use their walk in home sauna and 1,000$ red light face mask🙄 get a grip
No need to be nasty to her. She didn’t get wealthy by accident, she put in the hard work! And you don’t have to be wealthy to be healthy. The government is eliminating the ability to buy junk food with food stamps. And it is free to go walking and use your body weight (calisthenics) to gain muscle without a gym.
Drugs & alcohol & the resulting high health care costs from not living healthy are even more expensive eventually. We all do what we can afford….our version of living healthy. My 88 year old Mom lives off social security & has nothing fancy, but she eats healthy & even still works waitressing quite a bit. She’s my role model. 😊
Brilliant video and oh so true!! Health and fitness all the way
