Real Cause of Excess Belly Fat
Here’s my go-to gym drink that powers me through every workout.

I load up a big bottle with:
✅ Essential amino acids – so I don’t break down muscle while I train.
✅ Electrolytes – most of us need 1–3 servings a day, especially if you’re filtering your water.
✅ SHEatine creatine HCl – I take 2 servings daily, one before I lift to support strength and recovery.
