It really make sense, clean liver is the key. I want to see how you did and results of doing that. I happened just filmed a video which I will publish this weekend or next week that I mentioned I will spend time to do more excise and my plan of fitness videos. I don’t really want to loose weight , all I want to do is tune up the muscle. For some reason I’m kinda skinny but my fat still not reach to the standards. I think it caused by my diet. I love eat chocolate, I can’t stop eating chocolate. I am totally addicted.😭😭😭. I still have 2 months to go to see the results. That is the time I set up for myself 😂😂😂. At our age, it is really hard to loose weight. Let’s see. Thank You so much dear for sharing.❤️

There are so many different diets etc. out there. I need my coffee in the morning (one cup a day) and I like an occasional drink 🍸 on weekends. My treat to myself on weekends. I have a wheat allergy so I can’t eat pastas or breads unless they are gluten free which I rarely eat. I think everyone needs to do what is best for them. I’m going to be 49 & what has worked best for me is cutting way back on calories. One of my customers makes a good liver supplement with milk thistle that I take.. I understand Dee. Cutting back on calories is definitely key. I also think that I shouldn’t be eating wheat. This diet doesn’t allow it, and I’m feeling great on it. So far it has been successful. xoxo
Interesting … I’ve been following a keto diet on and off for quite awhile now and there’s no way I could EVER give up caffeine but it’ll be interesting to see how you do on this plan. Thanks for sharing!
