💪 You don’t tone fat, you build muscle and burn fat.
Let’s stop chasing “toned” and call it what it is: more lean muscle, less body fat. That means you need resistance training, not endless cardio or light weights.

🍽️ Eat protein first.
Muscle needs fuel to grow. Aim for 30–40 grams of protein per meal, especially at breakfast, to flip on muscle protein synthesis and keep blood sugar stable.

🏋️‍♀️ Lift heavy, especially for upper body.
Hit your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back 2–3 times a week. Challenge yourself. The myth that lifting makes you bulky? Total lie. What it actually builds is definition and strength.

🔥 Dial in your body composition.
If you’re doing the workouts but still not seeing definition, look at your nutrition. You can’t see muscle under a layer of inflammation or excess fat. So focus on blood sugar balance, clean eating, and sleep.
