  6. Hi Roberta,I think menopause women feel little bit difficulty in doing these exercises as they are 45 or 50+.So please do upload some exercises which are slow and strong for elder people.Hope u will reply.

    • Yes, these exercises especially the planking are for younger crowd not for menopausal women. IMHO.
