You can train hard and eat clean, but if you’re not prioritizing recovery, you’re leaving results on the table.
Infrared sauna is one of my go-tos because it helps increase circulation, supports detox pathways, and improves how your body produces energy. It also helps bring stress down—which is huge for hormone balance and fat loss, especially in midlife.
Because when cortisol stays high, your body holds onto fat.
